INCLUVA Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit company committed to building a more inclusive society where persons with disabilities have equal opportunities to learn, work, innovate, and live independently with dignity.
We believe disability should never limit a person's access to education, technology, employment, or the opportunity to contribute to society. Our work focuses on reducing barriers, building practical skills, improving digital accessibility, and using technology and innovation to create meaningful opportunities for persons with disabilities.
Our journey began in 2020 with an initiative called Study With V.I., established to make education and technology more accessible to visually impaired learners. As our vision expanded, so did our commitment. Today, INCLUVA Foundation carries this mission forward as a formally incorporated non-profit organization, working towards a future where accessibility is not an afterthought but an essential part of everyday life.
Our Story
From Accessible Learning to Inclusive Innovation
INCLUVA Foundation grew from a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, develop their abilities, and build an independent future.
Our journey began by addressing the educational and technological challenges experienced by visually impaired learners. Through accessible learning and practical technology training, we recognized that access to the right knowledge and tools can open doors to greater independence, confidence, and participation.
We also recognize that learning alone is not always enough. People need opportunities to apply their skills, demonstrate their abilities, access employment, and turn their ideas into meaningful work.
This understanding shapes our vision today. We aim to connect accessibility, education, technology, skill development, and innovation so that persons with disabilities can move beyond barriers and participate more fully in society.

Through collaboration with individuals, educational institutions, businesses, non-profit organizations, and community partners, we aim to turn inclusion into practical action.
Our Core Areas of Work
1. AI and Assistive Technology
We explore and promote accessible technologies that help persons with disabilities use digital tools and services more independently. Our focus includes assistive technology, accessible applications, AI-powered tools, screen-reader-friendly experiences, and practical technology solutions that address everyday challenges.
2. Digital Accessibility and Accessibility Auditing
We help organizations identify digital accessibility barriers in websites, applications, documents, and online services. Our work includes accessibility testing, screen reader and keyboard testing, accessibility reviews, and recommendations to make digital experiences more usable for persons with disabilities.
3. Accessible Education and Skill Development
We support persons with disabilities in developing practical skills through digital literacy, computer education, assistive technology training, AI tools, coding, and accessibility-related learning. Our aim is to help learners build confidence, strengthen their abilities, and prepare for further education and employment opportunities.
4. Accessible Website and Software Development
We work towards digital solutions that consider accessibility from the beginning. This includes accessible website development, software solutions, and improvements that help organizations create more inclusive digital products and services.
5. Digital Support Services
We aim to make important digital processes easier to navigate for persons with disabilities. This includes support with online forms, registrations, educational applications, scholarship processes, digital documents, and related online services.
6. Innovation and Livelihood Opportunities
We believe that people with disabilities should have the opportunity not only to use technology but also to create it. Why INCLUVA Foundation Exists
Many persons with disabilities continue to face barriers that affect their education, employment, access to information, and participation in everyday digital life.
A website may be inaccessible to a screen reader. An online form may prevent someone from completing an application independently. A learner may acquire technical skills but still lack the practical experience, professional exposure, or connections needed to find work.
These challenges are connected, and addressing them requires more than awareness alone.

Teachers receive 60% of student enrollment fees under the teaching arrangement.

As an affiliate partner, you can help us connect with learners, persons with disabilities, educational institutions, NGOs, businesses, and other organizations interested in accessible education, assistive technology, digital accessibility, skill development, accessible website and software development, and our other services and initiatives.
Share our work, spread awareness about our services, and help us build meaningful connections that advance accessibility and inclusion. Partners receive a 10% commission on course enrollments and 5% – 10% commission on confirmed client service projects.
