Incluva Ignite 2026: Turn Your Idea into Innovation – Registrations Open Till 15 November

Published on 25/10/2026

Your Idea. Your Innovation. Your Impact.

Have you ever faced a problem and thought, “There must be a better way to solve this”?

Now is your chance to turn that thought into reality!

Incluva Foundation invites persons with disabilities to participate in Incluva Ignite 2026, an exciting opportunity to showcase your ideas, demonstrate your problem-solving skills, and transform real-world challenges into meaningful solutions.

You do not need to have a fully developed product. You need an innovative idea, an understanding of the problem, and a vision for making things better.

Whether your idea involves technology, artificial intelligence, applications, or digital tools, we want to hear from you!

✨ Bigger, Better and Back with a New Vision!

Last year, our AI Challenge received an amazing response, inspiring us with the enthusiasm, creativity, and innovative ideas of our participants. The encouragement we received motivated us to return with something even more exciting!

Incluva Ignite 2026 is not just about imagining possibilities. It is about identifying real-world problems, developing meaningful solutions, and taking your ideas one step closer to reality. 📝 Important: Registration Form Is Mandatory

Although competition entries must be submitted by email, filling out the Google registration form is mandatory for every participant.

The form collects basic participant information required for registration, communication, and preparing certificates. The name and other details you provide may be used to prepare your certificates, so please ensure that all information is accurate.

Please note: The Google Form is for participant registration and basic details only. Your actual competition entry, including your PowerPoint presentation for Round 1, must be submitted separately by email.

Get ready to challenge yourself, learn from others, and take your first step towards innovation!

🏆 Three Rounds. One Big Opportunity.

💡 Round 1: Idea Submission

Every great innovation starts with identifying a problem.

Have you experienced a challenge that needs a solution? Have you noticed a problem affecting others? Here is your opportunity to propose an idea that could make a difference.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation covering the following points:

  • What problem do you want to solve?
  • Who faces this problem, and why is it important?
  • What solution are you proposing?
  • How do you envision your solution working?

You do not need to develop the complete product at this stage. Focus on explaining your problem and your proposed solution clearly.

Note: Your presentation must have 8 to 10 slides.

How to Participate in Round 1

Email your PowerPoint presentation to amit@incluva.org before the submission deadline.

The Incluva Foundation team will review the submissions and shortlist participants for Round 2.

📝 Round 2: Documentation, Planning and Video Presentation

An idea becomes stronger when it is supported by research, planning, and real user feedback.

Shortlisted participants will prepare a detailed document explaining how they intend to turn their ideas into practical solutions.

Your documentation must cover the following areas.

1. Problem Statement and Proposed Solution

Describe the problem, explain who experiences it, and present your proposed solution with its key features.

2. Technical Planning and Architecture

Explain how you intend to develop your solution. Include the technologies, APIs, AI tools, platforms, and other resources you plan to use, wherever applicable.

3. Development Workflow

Describe your step-by-step development plan, explaining how you intend to move from the initial idea to the proposed solution.

4. User Research and Feedback

Speak with approximately three or four people who may have experienced the same or a similar problem. Document their experiences, feedback, suggestions, and expectations.

5. Solution Architecture and Supporting Documentation

Explain how your solution will work. Include an appropriate workflow, architecture, or other supporting material.

6. Mandatory Video Presentation

Submit a short video in which you explain the problem you want to solve, your proposed solution, and how you plan to develop it. If you have already built a prototype, you may also demonstrate its current functionality.

The video is a mandatory part of Round 2. Make sure your submission includes both the detailed documentation and the video presentation.

This round will help evaluate your understanding of the problem, quality of research, planning, feasibility, and readiness to develop your idea.

🎤 Round 3: Final Pitch and Live Demonstration

This is your moment to shine!

Finalists will present their ideas to a panel of judges in a live session conducted through Google Meet.

The final round will consist of three parts.

1. Idea Pitch: 2 to 3 Minutes

Clearly explain the problem, your proposed solution, and the impact you hope to create.

2. Product or Solution Demonstration: Approximately 2 to 4 Minutes

Demonstrate your working prototype, product, or planned solution. Explain its features and how it addresses the identified problem.

3. Question and Answer Session

Answer questions from the judges about your idea, technical approach, user feedback, feasibility, and potential impact.

Show the judges not only what you want to build, but also why it matters and how you plan to make it happen!

🌍 Who Can Participate?

The competition is open to persons with disabilities across all disability categories.

You do not need to be an expert developer or an artificial intelligence specialist to participate.

Your idea does not have to be directly related to disability. You can identify and propose a solution to a problem in any field, as long as you can explain the problem and present a practical approach to solving it.

We aim to create an inclusive and fair platform where participants can showcase their abilities without being disadvantaged by tasks that depend on visual skills, such as creating graphics or photographs.

Bring your creativity, your experience, and your determination. Your idea could be the next step towards a meaningful innovation!

❤️ Why Should You Join?

Perhaps you have struggled with a problem that others face every day. Perhaps you have an idea that you have never had the opportunity to present. Or perhaps you want to explore innovation but do not know where to begin.

This is your opportunity to take that first step.

You will get a platform to explain your idea, learn how to validate it with real users, plan its development, and present it before judges.

You do not need a perfect idea. You need the willingness to identify a problem, learn from feedback, and work towards a solution.

Your experience can inspire an idea. Your idea can become a solution. Your solution can make a difference.
